All This And More

There are no words to explain how much you mean to me
Though it may seem
That you don't mean a thing
Please know that you mean all this and more.

Like a bird with the sky
A horse with an open field
A dog with a ball
And a seal with a pool
With you I am free
Free with no trap doors
Please know that you mean all this and more.

I was stupid to think "fine" when you went away
Never realized that you never left me astray
Never without a doubt that you really cared
I was scared
Scared to think that I'd be hurt again
And I realize I left you astray
Wondering what I felt and in which way
Please know that you mean all this and more.

It's killing me now not knowing what's happening
And now I know what it'd be like if you left again
It'd bee like hell all over again
But a worse hell than before
With me wondering how I could have changed your "core"
Please know...that you mean all this and more.
