peace: a simple wish
each heart's desire
yet cities still burn
as they are set on fire
above the screams
are children crying
from the sight
of loved ones dying
how long must
darkness go on?
how long 'till
we get along?
when will hatred
and anger cease?
when at last
can we live in peace?
