You really just don't understand
Exactly how much you mean to me
Everything you say or do
Has a huge impact on me
When you're mad at me
I feel as though my world
Is heading for the end
And I fall into depression
When you're happy with me
I feel as though I could fly
That nothing can bring me down
I wish it could always be like that
But it never is
You just have to understand
That your actions and words
Take their toll on me

very honest write and sometimes they dont understand. I love my dad to pieces but within a sentance length he can give me a lashing that would be worse than a slap in the face words can do great damage specially coming from dads with a sword for a tongue
