4 AM July the sixteenth.
The glow from the musical television
Sets my paper alight
To write
My feelings.
All Ive done is hurt.
I dont deserve them.
Ive lost my chance.
I just need to forget.
Im lying in bed
At half past four.
I hurt from the outside
Right down to my core.
My heart is in shreds.
My stomach is in knots.
My eyes are burning
From the tears of a lost one.
What goes around
Comes around.
Since I hurt them
Its what I deserve.
