you're sliced open my heart again
wounded i flee to nurse my wounds
its not retreating, its protecting
my soul from being damaged further
its all your fault im this way
you should have known better
but even if you did you wouldnt care
torturing me again
expecting any little joy
just ensures a letdown
my hopes and dreams are always crushed
beneath your heartless self
you wish you could extinguish my joy
anything i love committed to fire
burn my happiness away
your scorching tongue works well

each time my heart begins to heal
you cut a deeper slice
slowly being cut apart
you drag out my torture further
youve sliced open my heart again

my mental state is useless

i love knowing what the world thinx too.
and honestly i would listen to your band
i think its so cool that there is lyrics on this site too .
among many of my loves i love art poetry and music above any( well family )
but you have obviously been hurt.
