What are you doing to me
I have this strange feeling inside
that over comes all reason and thought
You give me that look and I just melt inside
But I can't have you, you're taken by a freind
You drove me home last night after work
we talked for hours
I told you things that your girlfriend did
because we are friends
She tells me everything about you and her
she warns me that you're not very good in bed
but I think she is just jealous
I don't know why
Ohh god why did you kiss me so passionately
What do you want
This feels wrong but also so right
I didn't ask for this
But I was always hoping
You ask me how I felt about you
I hesitate and try to avoid it
but you persist
now you want to continue
this romantic relationship
What about your girlfriend/my friend
what will happen to that
Are you just using me
since she cheats on you
all the time
I know she isn't talking to me these days
but she's still my friend and so are you
but I promise you I wouldn't tell
What to do, what to do
I seem to be in a bind
there's no turning back
because you and I made plans
to hang out at night after work
so what do I do, please tell me true
should I go forward or back?
I do not know
Oh why is this happening to me?

| I liked this poem partly because this is what I've been going through with one of my female friends. I want something more than just friendship, but I'm afraid it will destroy the friendship we already have. If you would like, I wrote a poem about my situation, its called "St. Thomas More's Church Bells," please feel free to read and comment on it if you like. Thank you and that's a great poem. |

| You should try a spell checker, but other then that, I loved it. It's truly a great poem, and quoting my friend, since its honest, it makes it truly great. |
