what are all my words for?
am i trying to make some sense
of the world i'm in, the things i feel?
what are all my paintings for?
am i trying to expose my insides
that shiver alone, the things i feel?
what are all my songs for?
am i trying to reveal my soul
that sings alone, the things i feel?
what are all my sculptures for?
am i trying to mold myself instead
into something real, the things i feel?
why do i write these things?
was i born to be a storm inside?
anyways..that's life.

Wow... I think this poem is amazing... it really dives down into your mind and analyzes why you write... not many poets could do that...

utterly astonishing.
I love it
great questions to ask
I wish i knew why i wrote
or drew.
its just something that pops in my head
but i dont know why i do it.
