Bouncing balls and laughter
splashing all around
hand stands in the water
I stare and look all around
my family are all happy
happy as can be
why can't I be with them
they laugh all so happily
Clutching onto the dambs slippery edge
sloping to the water
[I love God and also
I love my son, hubby and daughters!]
I look up and I feel His spirit
what a glorious awsome sight !
I fight with my human nature
I want to be pain free tonight
No sickness or no sin
[what an sinful life were living in]
It looks so pretty up so high
I climb to start a new beginning
I'm slipping- down- towards the water
my family are all there
"how come they don't feel confused?"
they yell "come on mum, come here!"
I look up and again I see
some beautiful light -so pecious!
"which way do I head ?"
my family are all my wishes!
I hold on tight
and I surely notice
another glorious light highest of all
so powerful and full of strength
Our Heavenly father has released his rain fall
I feel totally tingly inside
The water in the damb is raised
and now I am with my family
there is no fear to hide be praised!
Slowly the water reaches
this wonderful beautiful sight
Together as a family we unite
and everything turned out just right!
Spiritual and earthly together
Living in peace and grace
Forever in harmony
because we ALL will see -God's face.

| I loved that! i mean it was awesome. i loved the message and flow of your poem. and i love to read poems about God...it just makes me happy...especially since i just woke up this morning...and the first poem i read was yours...thank you. Keep up the good work...that was awesome! |

How wonderful a write this is.
Almost a standstill moment in time.. a great recognition..
of everyone and everything in motion around us..
We know where we belong now, and where we will be going one day..
yet we are where we are, until we get that real peace.. the real understanding of what real peace is..
Until then, we just join in.. love our closest ones around us..
It is trying to hold on.. to something slippery.. looking up.. checking out how beautiful it is and will be.. grasping onto the truth..
I sit back and view others around me.. I stop to try to connect up with them, plus.. God..
Let the water raise up high.. lets just float right up there lol...
Thank you for posting... a very, very tranquil write..for the minds and spirits in all of us..

This indeed is a great poem. I was reading a passage in the bible that goes something like this:
"How great is the love God has lavished on us that we should be called the children of God and that is what we are"
