Dancing Thoughts in My Own Head

This is my own head, at times. Thoughts dancing every where, here and there, and every where, cant seem to catch up with them. Cant catch what is being said, inside my thoughts, insides my emotions as they race by so fast. I run after them and try to catch up with them, only to catch a few , or little of what is going on, and I try to catch what is being said, putting the pieces together like a puzzle, but to no surprise I DONT UNDERSTAND THEM!!!
Finally some other thoughts, emotions, and feelings come in. these ones move slow enough that I make them out, I can understand them, I look them right in the face, and smile with a sigh I am relieved to know my mind has finally slowed down, I can keep up with it for a time now, at least until the next time that is. I am able to keep up, make out my THOUGHTS IN MY OWN HEAD, and it sure feels good. Just dont know how long I have, how long it will last. This I cant answer.
I wont know when, or where the next time the DANCING THOUGHTS IN MY OWN HEAD will come again, but you can count on it, they will come again, and when they do, I will have no where I can go to get away from them, they will torment me until they decide to leave me alone again as they do this, come and go , I have no control or no say over my DANCING THOUGHTS IN MY OWN HEAD.
