Deepening sorrow, now he's gone We have lost but he has won He has taken glory's flight Arms outstreched, towards the light
He was such a special man Picture this now, if you can Children waiting there to sing Words of Jesus, he would bring
I was one but now I'm grown Left the village far from home But I still remember him Teaching us to fight all sin
Fight the good fight, he would say Then he taught us how to pray Sunday School his pride and joy There for every girl and boy
Now he's heard the masters voice And with him we will rejoice He is happy, safe from harm Resting in his sweet Lords arms
