Crimson are the tears
Flowing though unwanted veins
The faint echoing of a bitter heart
A body screaming in pain
Skin turned icy and cerulean
Flesh broken and destroyed
Underneath lies nothing
Except for a soul that is void
The body of a warrior
Decaying from the inside
The shield is nothing more
Than a tool used to hide
