I LIE AWAKE

I lie awake
within my bed.
lost in my thoughts
that run through my head
I think of religion
and what the good book says.
conflicted with the pain of.....
real world sins.
A death of a child
By their parent's hands
Pastors and Fathers
with lust in their plans.
This world we live in
the molting pot of destruction
full of murder, greed ,lust and deception.
Do you not see our sins!
Our world is lost
with us all locked in.
There's no escape....
With out Him
Follow His law and you will see.
The light
your life can be
and if not ....
DOOMED!!
To a life in hell
Here on earth
We all shall dwell..
