You used to tell me a million lies About how death was just a word, An idea created to set fear in us You made me believe that nothing could touch me Or hurt me. You created a wall around me And taught me not feel emotions While hatred gave symptoms of headaches You fed me poison words And I never knew anything else Because you were all I had And we sit down together And you change my good memories in pain Everything I believe to be good is bad Escape was just a thought You never let me have

this is very straightforward and is something that a lot of people allow themselves to take part in. It's very raw and well written too.
I especially like the last three lines.. they went together really well
thanks much for sharing a most honest write.
