from one port to the next
the demon is a seductress
what will you do
when she wraps her red desire around you?
will you faint or run away?
or will you dance with the catalyst or your pain?
images of her dreams
blinding your conscience from safer means
waltzing to the ground of death
love is among your last breath
grips of the black chain
holds back your fight to be sane
under her spell, caught in her trap
the demon has you and you'll never go back

love is among your last breath
another deliciously artful line from you...
i like the line about red desire as well...
this was a poem that surrounded me with evil darkness and seduction that left my thighs shaking with a sweet lust, gasping for anything but air and tasting sweet blood between my teeth...
