I used to be full of darkness, I used to be so cold
There used to be anger in every word that came from me
I used to not believe in miracles or dreams come true
But that was before I ever found you
The day we met I went through change
I felt the love in me start to break through
And I felt the darkness moving too
Ever since then I've been in love with you
My faith used to not be very strong it was like a rusted chain
There used to be a sound of hatred in my words
It didn't matter which they were, a holy or a dark word
But that was before I ever found you
The day we met I went through change
My faith became like tempered steel
And my soul started to begin to heal
And now my love for you is so unreal
