I was born to be a poet
Listen to these words that I write to you
I love you and I want to show it
Listen to my heart woo

Many years I have waited
For these words to express
The years of loneliness I have hated
But this heart of mine, you did bless

So, I was born to be an author
To write you love letters every day
And it will never be a bother
For me to say
I love you

You lost your rhyme in the very last sentence and left it feeling unfinished. It is, though, a poem full of love. Welcome to YPDC.
