and I'm too vindictive for you to due
when is it I'm right
when is it you'd give up without a fight
I'd rather be dead
Why, am I supposed to be your darlin'
no matter what, can't you see I'm struggling?
the fake smiles
the empty shells
so I guess that's how shallow forever it will be
I'd rather be dead
don't wanna live this life
don't wanna feel alive
After all it's fake
so deep within
no matter how true to ourselves we be
I guess it's still gonna be like this
for the rest of my life
well, I'd rather be dead
