I dream about us together,
I try to dream of us apart,
But I can't,
I dream that we'll be together,
Forever and ever,
And I can,
I dream that we aren't changing,
Of us staying the same,
I dream that you are trying,
To stay the same and not change,
I dream that you have a place in your heart,
Just for me and nobody else,
I dream that you'll help me get there,
I dream that you'll let me in,
And not lock me out,
I dream of a nice place in your heart,
Of being safe and protected,
I dream and dream,
I never stop dreaming,
Of you and me.
