Time to wake up
Come on now smell the roses
So life isn't a piece of cake
You just got to deal with the heart ache
Nothing good will come from leaving
Stand up and look at tomorrow
Even if today is nothing but sorrow
Don't look back just walk on by
Never wondering why
The future isn't yesterday
Keep looken back and you'll have hell to pay
Time to wake up
Come on now smell the roses
Tomorrow is a new day
And new love is on the way
