Intro: This poem is the next poem in a series of poems I have entitled "Bad Wrap" I say a lot of spiritual things in this poem about God. Some people may not agree and that is okay. My definition of truth may be different than yours. This is written more for my own benifit and if anyone gets something out of this other than a poem that speaks from the heart that is great. If you have questions feel free to ask them. The following are 3 scriptures reveal more of what this poem will speak about.
:"You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead whoever wants to become great among you must become your servant and whoever wants to be first must be your slave." Matthew 20:27
Jesus, knowing that they intended to come and make him king by force withdrew again to a mountain by himself John 6:15b
We are therefore Christ's ambassadors as though God were making his appeal through us 1Corinthians 5:20a
Sometimes I think I have life all figured out when I don''t really know what I''m talking about If I go out and kill my conscience man it goes to prove that I don''t understand Yes I want to be happy and I want to have fun does it give me the right to go out and get drunk there are lessons I can learn only through hard times by leaving my selfish ambition behind.
God chose the imperfect creatures like us to show that his love is all powerful For everyone of us that his love redeems it proves that another can be set free Why does God put so much trust in us by telling us the secret plans of his heart? He wants children that will truly love he does not want mindless automatoms
This is for all of those who question his word God chose the foolish things of the world he gave his word to mortal man we teach it to others so they''ll understand we then introduce them to our father God and then he by his word changes their heart
This is for those who are just like me fighting and clawing to be set free It is only by our struggles that we will learn the strait road we travel will bad charecter turn By crying out to God and searching for the truth then God will send your brothers (sisters) to you to teach you by study so that you will see he reveals the path that will set us free.
The road is not easy because by default I want to chose a path that''s not so difficult Doing right is not natural I often make mistakes I must apologize for
So the next time you read a poem that''s like this and the person inside you starts to resist know that this is supposed to be and that life is full of choices if you want to be free Let everyone be convinced in his own heart about the view and the purpose of God and his word but don''t be surprised if you find yourself pondering the actions of those who've chosen him.
This was not written to try to convert only to enlighten those who search there''s a road that we will not understand unless we are walking upon that path even among christains some miss this point We must die to self and that is a choice I am the least who should show this unto you there is not much differance between me and you I make mistakes and i trip and fall through my hard times I sometimes miss God''s call When a brother or a sister comes up to me and speaks from wisdom to give me what I need It''s only when I''m calm and I take a look back that I can see God helping me back to the right path.

Oh Archie I absolutly love this write,
reading this makes me feel I am not alone in my thinking.
Getting rid of ones self image is so hard to do and to focus on God.... but it is our choice
God is Loving and He gives us that choice,
thankyou for submitting!!!
5 stars from me.
