Away from all this,
You can take me away
with a smile or a kiss.
Why did it become ,
so much like this.
Do you remember the times,
remember the bliss.
Are they fragments of mine,
that didn't exist.
Or are they memories
you want to resist.
Did you decide
not to listen to this?
Did you hope
I'd give this a miss?
I haven't gone away you know,
I'll always be here.
Loved you when you were cheap,
and I still love you dear.
Your playing it cool,
like the feelings gone away.
But that feeling aint gone
it's here to stay.
Flashback to the west
when we ran free.
Laughing and cursing at
all that we'd see.
Smoking and drinking
Down by the sea.
Rising with the moon,
setting each other free.
