twilight sneaks up the window pane hoping to engulf me in fleeting warmth. a chill in the air, makes my bones feel old. tonight there are no stars, merely burning bouys in the sea of black. trying to keep up with the world, the moon awakens. he says "hello world!", but we all say goodnight. "how i envy the sun." he says, with a look of dismay on his face. weeping slowly through the night, the moon begins to slip away. as the dawn approaches, the anger comes with the burning orange he sees. "why sun, why do you have it all?" but the sun does not answer him. "have you no answer, my burning friend?" and still the sun says nothing. as the glow takes over the world, the moon slips down into his own little world. "my silly friend." chuckles the sun to himself, "im merely a star, and compared to you, im nothing!"

This was fun to read. Almost like a little short story.
