It is impossible to calm myself
When I have no idea where I am
Blindfolded
Humiliated by someone
Taunting and teasing me
Blindfolded
For why am I mute?
Where are the words?
Blindfolded
Blindfolded and angry
By your dishonesty
But mostly
Blindfolded
Yet, I feel something in my hands
I start to breathe heavy, I'm startled
Blindfolded
Its soft, warm, and pure
But i've felt this before
Blindfolded
Blindfolded, but not dumb
I'm searching for patterns
Im too
Blindfolded
With my hands with my ears
With the clues around me
Blindfolded
And I am guided
Blindfolded
Yet I trust
If I ignore what repeats
Not every man will blindfold
If I use what i sense
Blindfolded
But will overcome
And something trustworthy
Slips out of my hands
For just a second...
To remove a
Blindfold
Forever

| nice poem...i sorta know how you feel...me and my bf just broke up after 10 months....but you have to move on...now every person is like that you have to keeping searching for the one that loves you and you love that person...you'll get get it in time...dont worry ....i really enjoyed reading your poem.... |
