The Vampire and The Werewolf

Contributed by secretwind on Monday, 29th August 2005 @ 02:38:04 AM in AEST
Topic: fantasy

The moon shines
my soul sighs
as I
travel at night
here in the shadows where I reside...
I pause as I see a vision
a smiling face
and my heart starts to race.

She drifts towards me
feet never touching the ground
nothing can compare to the
sensations,
I am in a trance
as she invites me to slowly dance
It's so hard to breathe
when she's so close to me...

The Vampire flows
and
the Werewolf runs
together in the night two wandering souls
connect and become one.

Now I"m feeling pain
I sadly sigh
and she softly moans
because
the sun is rising and it's time to go
back to that living hell
where In reality
without each other we dwell.

A very interesting twist on a love story...I like this write, and no matter the subject, your delivery never disappoints.
Good job expressing your longing in this piece.

Scorp.
