She paints by numbers Right in the book Everything so perfect Or so it looks What is perfect Well my define Is freedom to chose And chance to find A blank canvas With nothing to excite Is way more perfect Than her beautiful Paint by number Could ever be Because this blank canvas Clean and smooth Leaves room to grow To change to move To let your inspiration soar Let your mind explore If in the end Your elaborate scene Does not turn out It still contains more perfection Than her restricted painting May seem to be She paints by numbers Right in the book Everything so perfect Or so it looks
