you're just like me
only you're not
you give me the strength to try harder
and when i lay there, beaten, face full of blood
you only say "i've been there, it happens, get up, try harder"
they say i'm just like you, we're "cut from the same cloth"
you know what i'm going to do before i do it
you give me insight to a world i haven't seen yet
but yet we can talk like we're old friends
you know what's going to happen to me
and you know only i can change that fate
i guess we are alike
i guess you do understand
but am i just like you will i fall for the same traps

I liked this quite a bit. Experiences are alike with many people, the lessons learned though can be quite different. Well done.

true enough. people dont understand the Individuality of every person. no one is the same as anyone else, even though we may fall into the same traps sometimes. cheers to you, sweet remiders.
