**I'll be here**

Contributed by Lollypopxcore on Tuesday, 6th September 2005 @ 07:13:33 PM in AEST
Topic: InternetLove

You're over there, and i'm somewhere else.
I'm just a friend and i hate myself.
I want to be more, i need you.
You talk to me about her, and it's ok, I listen.
I want you to be happy. You're such an amazing person.
I try to make you happy, because that's how you make me feel.
But it's so hard for us to talk. Because i know it can't be real.
Not being able to be with you, makes my stomache ache.
You told me your together, I think my heart's about to break.
I thought before, you liked me back.
I'm guessing i was clueless.
But..believe me when i say this..
you're the farthest thing from useless.

Great encouraging poem. I believe a lot of people should take this to heart including me.

And neither are you (useless). Please stop saying you hate yourself. Even if you really detest yourself at times, you might actually find that you can learn to live with yourself. I'm sure you're not as bad as you seem to think you are.
Well written piece. Describes well the desire for somethink just out of reach. What sucks is that you never know if it's there for you to look at, or for you to learn to climb and take it.
Take care.
David
