Although life is like a dream,
Do we ever truly know what it means?
Twisting and winding through curves,
Fighting each other with words.
And more.
How lovely the sky when blue,
Holding one another, so true.
Hot fire that burns,
How quickly life turns.
On broken vows.
Try to see light,
Gaze in wonder at night.
Burn with frustration,
Hate concentration.
If only life were simple.
Decisions unworthy,
Questions deserving.
Pure bliss,
Light kiss.
Searching for a niche of our own.
Small places,
Familiar faces.
Dark desire,
Blazing fire.
All of which we crave.
Life can be great,
Scheming fate.
Life can be bad,
So sad.
If only loved moments could remain.
