Whatever The Pain

Contributed by Opium on Thursday, 16th January 2003 @ 05:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Shallow were your eyes to me
Tears may fall but youll never see
And hollow was your heart to me
Tell me how our love might be

Just kiss me, stab me, oh my life you drain!
Burn me, love me, leave me whatever the pain

I brawl not your cherubs nor your imps
But spare me the twinge of your glimpse
You love me not, or just love me still?
You sure torment me and incarcerate my will

Just hold me, hurt me and leave me shattered
Your beauty, splendor, just a dream so blurred

For all those things that you do
Is our love just overdue?
Do you hold for me any feelings?
I cant bear your poisonous stings

Just scrape me, hate me, leave in me another stain
Hug me, hang me in this vast deserted plain

Just love me for whatever the pain!

I like ur emotion in the beginning, but then u went on to stuff that it seemed u didnt know how to use some words:
I brawl not your cherubs nor your imps
But spare me the twinge of your glimpse
You love me not, or just love me still?
You sure torment me and incarcerate my will

And a special thank you to ladymae for once again giving us the wisdom of her vast poetic experiences.
