while sitting in class thinking about the next assignment I heard the train go by whistle screaming a warning 'Get off the tracks!' and the deep bass 'thump' of the wheels hitting the cross ties i could just picture it going by black and yellow with a big nose running as for dear life preceding miles of boxcars speeding by, dragged along by the catches like a child holding on to its mother full of cargo, covered in graffiti in all colors and shapes i hope they're happy about the mark they left

Hey, that was just brilliant. I just love this poem.
The feeling of the over-all write was just inspiring. I like it when reading inspires poets, seeing or hearing something.
This was a wonderful, thanks for posting and sharing this fine poetic work.
