|
lies make chains
that chain us up
we tell the lies
that tie us up
and take away our freedom
each lie we tell
is another stich
on the blanket
of covering darkness
the only way
to find the light
is to stop the lies
and tell the truth
but its so hard
to break free
of this never
ending cycle
as ech lie we tell
is another droplet
in the mighty river
which overthrows
our will

beautiful poem megs you might want to ask your teacher how you spell "each" though cause you spelt it "ech" lol
