Sizzle goes the lightning, feel the searing heat Smell electric in the air, cold and warm air meet Folowed by a deafening crash, as thunder shakes the ground Hear the wind a howling, waves come crashing down
Standing on this rocky shore, arms are outstreched wide Open to the elements, waiting for the tide Watching as the waters foam, swirl around my feet Knowing that the time is near,my maker I will meet
Raindrops, shards of broken glass, bouncing on the sand As I fall into the sea, a stranger takes my hand Peace and inner quietness I feel inside my soul All my torn emotions, repaired and put back whole
Now the storm is over,I stand and look around I was so sad and very lost,it seems I have been found I thank that caring stranger, who saved me from the deep A stranger he will be no more, upon my final sleep

The rhythm here is great and the words are fabulous. I didn't miss a beat as I read it. The images are crisp and clear and vivid. I liked reading these words, and I appreciate the uplifting end to the tale. A feel of hope prevails.
