The season might fade The season might recede The season might run away! With the life of me
Ah! but the enlightment I found From the depths of the sea Beyond the tallest of trees Is a theory so profound
You see, I tore out the pages Of God's malicious fate for me! Buried them forever deep From here to a dead man's sleep
Behold! the dreamer of dreams Proclaiming a new wave philosophy Rising from the depths of the sea Far beyond the tallest of trees
Oh the colorful life I might lead... For the beautiful and brightest Would go on envying me And so it goes...a romantics dream

I like what you said in this poem. It is my opinion that each person must define who god is for himself. It can not be the coat tails of those we follow but what is in our hearts that make us who we want to be. If you have done that then you have a gift that is more precious than gold. |
