Kortnie this is somewhat sad but also revealing at one and the same time. I would utter one caveat however, and that is to say that noone, in my view makes themselves who or what they are. Instead, one's personality is a complex mix of contradictions between the person and the social environment in which he or she lives. For example, a poor person only feels poor in relation to the existence of a rich person. A person sometimes feels down, when in relation with someone who keeps telling them you should be like this, do that, think this etc... How that person reacts, develops and so on will no doubt be a product of the inner processes of the unique person, but not in isolation from the real world and real social relationships. Always remember that noone can live in a bubble, in complete abstractuion from reality, then you may not feel the need to be so self critical.. Good luck

Colin
