Frozen

Contributed by xxbreathlessx on Thursday, 22nd September 2005 @ 03:29:58 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Swinging lashes flirt gently with the tip of your brow bone,
Black as the Nights bittersweet scream,
They dance amongst your eyelids.
Frozen cold with dreams and wishes
As whispers of bloodshot veins curve along your
Eyes pasty clouds.
With a single glance your left quite breathless,
Uttering only sounds that exist in the language
Of forgotten pain.
A drop of blood grasps on to the lashes,
Clumped together by the dampness of your tears.
The drop
Crashing against the paleness of your skin,
Illuminates red.

Deep dark bloody red.

Your eyes blink as your hearts icy cold breath impales it
Leaving drops of frost amongst the rims of your eyes.

Glittering solid ice.
Im left with the impression
Of your eyes intensity.
Embedded deep within my minds shadow.
Unable to forget the stare of sorrow.
Unable to escape the gaze of a spellbound creation.

Heres to the cold.
Heres to the tear.
Heres to the gloom shining in your eyes.

Heres to good-bye.
