No More Smiles

Contributed by Elayner27 on Thursday, 22nd September 2005 @ 07:14:18 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

She used to smile so much.
She used to be so happy.
But no more can she smile.
It has finally been too much.
That smiling face that hid so much,
Has been cast aside and broken.
Now these tears are revealing,
It's showing all her lyes.
Now everyone looks down at her.
She stares at her shoes,
To avoid cruel eye contact.
She knows she's worth nothing.
She knows she has lost all love.
She knows she's all alone...
And no smile can hide it.

You wrote exactly about me, its so sad that is it not. when you always feel the tears in your eyes, and like no one will be by your side.
well in depression you are an awasome writer.
I hope you soon feel wanted.

Very nice. It surprising how so much of that describes how I feel and act. I think thats sad... how some one can feel this way. But keep your head up. Maybe it'll pass...

Lovely poem. Keep up the good writing.
