There is a lonely little girl
Someone you havent seen before
Someone that you most probably never will
Underneath this make-up
Are tears that need to be wept
Feelings that no-one will understand
How many times I have wished to open my mouth
And shout out that I need help
What I would give
For someone to understand
How much pain Im going through
How much I have wished
For the person to understand
