Painfully Truly in Love

Watching the rivers of raindrops
as they run streaming against the window pane
My heart breaks and my eyes weep as with the passing of time.
A misguided Love that had not a chance to begin with
Even after we were finally found out.
The Love we shared has all melted away
just as this rain has fallen
The emotion that fueled me for so very long
Now
Gone
We swore we would never say Good bye
Our journeys took us secertly to such remarkable highs
Inside my senses are left reeling
Spinning forever
Gone from you
The Love I believed once in a lifetime
I now know were mostly lies
and still I remain unguarded
Finally having to realize
we had never meant to be
really.
Not able to bring back the magic
that blinded
us once
The Love we felt just slipped away
One night while we stood
crying,
pleading with each other
in the light of the full moon .
No tears did I shed while you stood there
breaking my Spirit and questioning why.
Nor did l I show what you 've really done
How the scar will encrust my heart forever .
We knew we were through
We just Couldn't Continue
like this
But you could not part as simple friends
like how this all harmlessly began .
Your only way to leave me
was that I hate you.
My biggest fears about being alone had come true
Because I no longer have you .
The days that pass now seem so different
Missing and hoping to hear the simple sound of that voice
just saying Hello.
Cause even though I have cast off every kept reminder
and every picture you've ever drawn
Your name I will always Whisper
Crying in the Wind .
That special Love we had is gone
and I miss it so
But you have moved on
and I will adapt
I will eventfully move on as well
But that Lonely aching space in my heart will be
Forever the
Reminder
That once I had witnessed being Painfully
and Truly in Love.

| It is very sad when love ends like that. In a way i am going through that right now. It hurts but I still love my friends who should be happy i am trying to improve my life yet for some reson they are afraid of me now. |
