A rebirth begins with the morning light
Victorious in battle, triumphant in fight
Senses taken with a new day
By one that seems to walk my way
Hope, happiness, glamour; so serene
The highlights in her that I have seen
Reaching, achieving like none before
Living life to the fullest and so much more
There for all through pain and sorrow
Showing more than just tomorrow
Wonderful indeed, could this be true?
That I will find someone just like you?
Morning begins and reality partakes
In Leading to a day that is full of mistakes
Continually these dreams bless my mind
But the world keeps me in a quest to find
Here you are not but I can feel
Your presence in my will to heal

| If it were not for the subject you chose i would have thought this was friendship poetry. I think you have shown to me the kind of heart i want to have if I ever break up. This is a poem I am fond of |
