The yells and the screams
They destroy all loved dreams
This poor family has fallen
As time goes it continues to blacken
The mother has become obese
Her existence has seemed to cease
Brainwashed by television
She almost has no function
The father, a drunken fool
He often sleeps in his own drool
Beating the life from his kids
Everything to them he forbids
The daughters an emotional mess
No problems can she address
Held back by so many fears
She is left to shed the tears
The sons in a gang
He will soon be left to hang
For he wont see the rope
Losing his chance to elope
As the family descends
It will lose its threads
Forever lost in oblivion
Like a sick sad poison
