Just a box Nothing great To offer Nothing great To hide Just a box Of hidden secrets Just a box Of hidden cries
Inside there is a toy Just a simple little toy A sad toy That is left Wilting inside One man sees teardrops One man sees its smirks Of all lifes problems Of all lifes past jerks
No one understands This toy And no one ever will So back In its box It goes For another Moment To be still
Just a box Of hidden secrets Just a box Of hidden pain This toy has nothing to offer This little box Has nothing to gain
So it stays In its box To keep All the bad Out So all the good Memories Will remain
