Man of spirit, man of peace
You have given me release
From my feelings hidden deep
Senses I thought fast asleep

Your touch a magnet to my soul
Purest thoughts, you make me whole
Learning wisdom, from your mind
Strong and agile, gentle kind

Guard my heart I cannot feel
It is perfect, it is real
Yours is not a heart to give
It is as you do not live

You are from a higher plane
Not for pleasure, not for gain
spiritual to the core
All my feelings I can pour

Deep within my hiding place
Heart a flutter, pulses race
I know it can never be
You my saviour, sanctuary
