I am so depressed
depressed about my life
the way it always seems to be messed up
depressed of my family
how they treat me
my friends must never see
what they are doing to me
i ask them No Please Stop
it will never end all this mess they put me in
the fighting the yelling and abuse
i am so depressed
depressed about school
i try so hard to hide my self
but no one will ever see me
how much i care
i feel so alone with no one there
i am so depressed
depressed of my fears
my fears of being hurt
to have someone is so amazing
never letting them see
just how depressed i can be
i hide my feelings from everyone
because i dont want them to seeme
i am so depressed
depressed about my true self
i am a very different person
in side my mind
ALWAYS DEPRESSED!

I feel for you....I went to a meeting on depression and there is help around...
talk to someone anyone about your true self.[like your friend you mentioned]...releasing them this way too through poetry is helpful keep doing it as it can help you ....
one in five get depressed so you are not alone there so don't feel isolated....
