Scared to go home,
scared to be alone,
with him that is,
cause` he`s a rapist.
I guess it`s all the drugs that won`t her mother see
what what her husband is doing to her child nightly.
That Little Girl
She`ll never cry out loud
but it`s not because of pride.
It`s cause` she`s scared of what`s to come
when he touches her spine.
When he goes deep inside and
comes out with her soul,
he takes a part of her,
no longer leaving her whole.
That Little Girl
She tries to figure out
what`s wrong with this man,
He can have a real woman
but takes her because he can.
She`s only thirteen
carrying her step-father`s baby.
Forced to have an abortion
but it`s driving her crazy.
She can`t sleep at night
thinking about that child
nightmares of how she killed it
driving her wild.
All this on the mind of that one, little child.
That Little Girl
Thoughts of ending her life
just to make it all right.
But would it really help for that young girl to die?
That Little Girl
I bet you`re felling her pain now
how her heart`s so heavy
you want to take away the pain
and set her little soul free.
But just think for a moment
That Little Girl
IS ME
