What is this feeling
Inside of me?
I never thought Id feel like this
Always thought
I wouldnt be like the rest
But when I saw you
My life changed
And my heart raced
I see you but you dont see me
I think about you
I see you kiss her, hold her
And feel the jealousy inside of me
Wishing it was me
But I cant tell you
How I feel
You dont know who I am
And I try to say Hi
But I end up looking at your face
And this feeling takes over
Im unable to speak
But just look at you and smile
I want the entire world to know
But at the same time
I want to keep it a complete secret
I hope and dream
That maybe we can be friends
I dont want to say
That Im in love
Because Love is a strong feeling
That you say to someone
Whom youve known a long time
But I know
I really like you
And maybe
Youll feel the same way someday.
