no one knows
what i can't tell
no one can see
i feel regret
years of painful memories
never to be forgotten
the questions
i ask myself
needless self abuse
destroying my mind
making me alone
no one can see
my painful memories
self infliction
what's done is done
cannot be changed
we have no control
over what lies
ahead of us
our time
it's here now
today and tomorrow
never yesterday
regret the past
but don't let it destroy your mind
as it has done mine

| i really like this.. i used to turn to needles when i was alone..but i never regreted it...it still dont...it never destoyed m mind, but what did was the reason y i did it..good poem |
