Its the first day of school for the kindergarten class They enter the classroom Slowly, Slightly Gripping their parents hands All of a sudden they let go Running on the squeaky clean floors S P A T There goes some black pain on the once clean floors S PLOSH Someone steps into it The giggling can be heard from all over Circle time is called The children come Z O M M I N
G From all over Wiggling on the carpet Finally the teacher ends the torture session The classroom erupts in Crashing Yelling And Spotting Again

Opium I've been sitting here for five minutes trying to decide
Is it poetry?........Yes it is it conveys a picture in words......does it convey anything else.?....yes an atmosphere.......order...chaos.!...does it remind you of anything.?...yes oicking up my grandchildren from school......what do I think of it
IT'S Very GOOD
PS It takes more guts than I've got to write in another language than ones own. |
