I have an announcement
Would you all lend me your ears
This is something important
It cant wait until after youve eaten
Or even dried your tears
It needs to be said now
Not in latter days or
Withering years
In our last discussion
You spoke of global destruction
Of earthly eruptions
And organic disruptions
And according to your last instructions
I was at fault
I was the one who never locked the door
To keep the bad things out
And the good ones in store
This needs to be told
This announcement
More like a two-line statement
Should take no longer than what you make it
Should you sit in attention
Undivided
Eagerness subsided
I can disclose it to you
Or would you rather I just kept it quiet
Im standing on this mountain
So all souls can see it
So all voices can respond
With an unequivocal common bond
A need for shelter
And a warm hand to lean on
A desire to release this bitter
Dire, and urgent, message of a sinner
Is gone

I think for the soul was asked to be saved?! Im not to clear, as to what.but seems they have sinned, and wants redemption.........The last stanza.......the standing on the moutain, needing a hand, and the saying the sinner was gone..........I might be wrong,....But thats what I got out of it.!
