my day begins happily, unexpectedly,
with a visit to my aunt,
a truly wonderful articulate lady,
the love i remember flowing deep from her heart.
the memories flow, the love she shows
we laugh, with memories that touch our souls
the memories flow, the love just glows.
the angst begins to grow, do i want to remember,
i do not know.
too soon we remember the darker days
the days to forget, we wish to shelve away.
at visits end, i hold and hug,
this loving wonderful lady who brings me strength peace and love.
