I've got some holes in my heart Can you tell? I suppose not . No one ever does.
Look outside on a rainy night And know that nothin's all right Just want everything to go away Never to come back another day.
Say you were sad How would you react? Would you tell someone Or do something You didn't really want to?
Would you hurt yourself on purpose Or would you finish the job Get rid of the pain?
Would you put someone down for being who they are? Would you stop the evil merry-go-round In everyone's head?
And start a new one of something good for them? Would you start a group of loners just to be able to talk To someone who might understand?
I would answer these questions But I'm sorry to say I can't You see The answers were where there are
Holes in my heart.

BRAVO flamingblade!
You've shown a good understanding of what sadness can be.
I've felt the same way. But the holes will eventually close up. Like the holes of those with body piercings.
Trust me, it'll get better.
I've been there, done that, and bought a t-shirt made of tears.
GREAT expression of emotion. I liked this poem a lot.
Cheers,

Well done. You've got a great piece here. Some questions don't have answers, though. Sometimes they're there to make you think, and you come up with answers to other questions, and I'm getting carried away....
This was good. Keep it up, and a warm welcome to YPDC.
Take care.
